1. The Nature of Mystery Scoops

 

By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you acknowledge that the contents are randomized.

  • We cannot guarantee specific items, colors, or styles unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • The fun of the scoop is the surprise! While we strive for variety, duplicate items will occur.

2. Damaged or Missing Items


Your treasures are packed with care, but we know the mail can be rough!

If an item arrives broken or damaged, please email us at northernmysteryscoops@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

**You must include your order number, a photo of the damaged item and your packing slip.**

​

We will offer a replacement for the specific damaged item (or a similar item of equal value if out of stock) or a partial store credit.

3. Shipping Information


Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and scooped within 2-3 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been labeled and is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Addresses:

 

*Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
